    We got 2 more cents and cash.

    But loss upside as the amount of shares we get in MIN no longer fixed.

    The deal is worst then when it was all script.

    Now MIN sp flies as they rip us off. Then it plummets after we get our MIN script.

    Really only viable option is BPT or all chinese cash big above 85 cents.
