I'm in two minds about this bid. Although I think It's about 15c short of what AWE is worth, there may be an upside down the track. MIN has a lot of irons in the fire and they are mostly positive for their shareholders.
I wouldn't be surprised to see MINs share price up around $25 to $27 towards the end of 2018 given that Donald Trump doesn't do anything crazy like attack North Korea. Interesting to see if anyone else bids.
