perhaps another strategy is to put the house "on the market" and hope for the bidders to pile on?
they have now effectively declared AWE for sale so anyone sitting on the sidelines now has the clock ticking.
Of course, the downfall is that there WASN'T anyone else on the sidelines and holders have to vote against a bid using overvalued scrip.
I wonder how the newbies feel about buying into an undervalued company only to end up with shares in an overvalued company?
