Strange... I wonder why they would not take up the option. Perhaps they intended to raise the capital for the investment at a higher price, or think that the market will not be receptive to the announcement at the moment. Personally I still think OOK will take a substantial stake in NCX, they will probably just wait until the timing is better. I just hope they don't have to cough up more than they would have had to do under the terms of the Seed A option.
