Care to explain "'BCL has and always will have the critical mass to reopen Panguna."
Last time I checked, they talked down the protectiveness and commerciality of the project, said they would need to introduce a development partner and weren't sure if funding could be secured
Whereas RTG have built and run 7 mines, already have funding committed, won environmental awards etc
So what critical mass do you speak of ?
