So it doesn't appear to still be untenable, it appears like it is BCL out the door and the President entertaining other offers

I also find it funny that you all along claim ABG = BCL (due to their shareholding)

Well if Momis is the President, then Momis = ABG

You have the ABG saying the issued a moratorium to effectively stop themselves and their cohorts.
