    Isn't this roughly the same announcement as last year? And the year before, and the year before that.

    The interesting thing is that after 6 years, the joint venture land is still not in the hands of the JV.

    And what is the "new" JV factory, is this the same old one?

    I see nothing new or real in this announcement and appers to me to just be a streth to find something to say
