Yes if EVN go the scrip road then they may well get PXG for less ...but cash only I couldn't see 15c getting a full takeover ...maybe like NGF we will see continue higher offers as holders weaken for a predator to get full control of PXG ....
Going from PXG biggest holders weakness of selling out for peanuts to Zijin ..I do worry if the rest of the insto/private investors are going be just as weak and see 51% control to be gone far to easy ... and then
PXG to go into limp mode till many just accept PXG a dead duck take what you can get etc ....
