Ngf will most likely increase their all cash offer
My thinking is that Ngf put in a low ball offer to see if EVN are serious about Pxg.
When EVN put in an offer then Ngf will wake up and realise that they will have to pay good money for Pxg.
They could also split the company!!
Each company buys out a portion each and share it! Sounds silly but could work. Ngf want castle hill, EVN want Zuleika
