relative to what ?... i cannot see how concern is relative. a level of concern may be varying but not relative. in any case you have stated that you are "not concerned". ie that your level of concern is at the absolute bottom limit and therefore unlikely adjusted for any "relative" relationship (if it were to exist) in the same way as 0 x 1 = 0 and 0 x 5 = 0
