Still didn't answer my question - who told you about the shortlist?

The concern I have around the current board is that there are too many of them for a company this size. Optician doesn't need a board of this size when they have what, a total number of employees of how many? 15? 20? 25? I actually don't know how many employees they have but it's a ratio of 1 board member for every 5 staff or thereabouts which is just ridiculous for a company of this size.

Phil Currie seems like he has the qualifications to have been a good addition to the board so we'll have to see what he brings.... but what do Hoffman, Griffiths and Francis bring? The fact that Hoffman and Francis are also on the board of Rision who (as someone on here has already mentioned) are possibly THE WORST stock on the ASX doesn't exactly inspire confidence does it?

Mate, I'd love nothing more than a fully functioning board (albeit a smaller one) and a top class CEO also.
