Appointing a new CEO is no small deal, maybe this is what all of this kerfuffle it is all about?
I will tell you a story, it is a little long, but it is the whole truth.
I was in another company called Metalstorm, where a new CEO was appointed, his name was David Smith, he was from the US, first thing he did was set up a new company called Metalstorm USA, most of the technology that was in Oz was transferred to the US under the guise that that would be where all of the purchases would come from? the US military uses a system called Technology Readiness Level and that was the defining factor when something could be sold, I believe it had to be at TRL 7 or 8 before a sale could ever happen, Metalstorm weapons never got past TRL6 in the US because their war machine controls it and therefore MST went bust, but Metalstorm Australia had arranged some sales to the UAE for some 3GL (grenade Launchers 50mm) to the UAE, but they were never allowed to happen, the whole game was rigged for them to fail, there was a program called Mach 5/50 that relied on Metalstorm technology, Metalstorm changed the known physics of weaponry, where it was possible to have two or more projectiles in the barrel before the first one left, this cause recompression to all of the projectiles which made them travel at hypervelocity, they also worked out how to do this with just one round, and that technology is now being used in the Abrams main battle tank round in their main armament, it is an electronically fired double tap round, it travels at a very very high velocity and it also travels in a straight line, it was derived from this testing by the CSIRO using metalstorm tech, see here- in the attachment, look for

with success, that is using metalstorm mach 5/50 technology and the bloody yanks stole it IMHO.
It uses electronic firing at very high rates and can either fire two projectiles of one projectile with more than one propellant load that fires while the projectiles are still in the barrel, that is what the ATK round is doing in the Abrams battle tank round, two loads of propellant one fired a split second before the second, ATK has cleverly developed a round with propellant in it and also the outer casing is also a propellant and both are fired electronically and guess what, they travel at around the same speed as what the CSIRO were achieving at Womera, bastards.

So I say be very aware of whom is appointed the CEO if you want to control the company and keep it in Oz!
