its not doom and gloom at all. Its a fight between vested interests for control of the company. Clearly Archie Fraser left suddenly because of a dispute, presumably with Alan Hoffman. Peter Delaney is supporting him, and they have got backing from some of the biggest shareholders to mount a challenge to the BOD.
So , now we need to be told what this is all about. Really we should be getting both sides of the story from the disgruntled shareholders who called the meeting and the BOD.
Meantime, the business goes on.
