This is a mess, nothing material seems to have changed just another bunch of guys gobbled up by Optiscan - I think the common thread needs to be examined and if that common thread is so important (still) to Optiscan then the tech has not moved on to the right place, somewhere 20 years down the track where it should not be reliant on one person - it's just not that sophisticated. Other than Ian Mann, the shareholders requisitioning the meeting have negligible holdings, where do the WA contingent sit?
