17 staff and 7 board members - numbers don’t stack up. Current board living off the gravy train without making any positive difference. At least Archie took the company from the dole drums to somewhere.
I’ll be voting current board to go. Hoff et al will do exactly the same as what they have done to Rision (RNL) and can’t be kept in.
If they truly believed in the best interests of the company they would stand aside.
