$2 million spread over the 282 million shares on issue is about .oo7 per share. So does the share price go up by a half cent or by one cent ? Maybe it's already factored in, but that's a bit doubtful as the deal goes back a few years now and many would have forgotten it.
It's about time the share price got a wriggle on though.
