You can't sit on $9M+ of cash and wait to come up with a good idea. CHZ has been ripe for someone to force the issue again and return more capital and reinvent itself.
Quality resource projects are not falling out of trees and nobody wants to end up owning junk that needs a few hundred million to develop !
6 man Board too slow to act post the last capital return and professional investors with track record of value release have been buying and lodging substantial shareholder notices almost weekly.
This is a slam dunk with more substantial capital returns expected and a reinvention into something more meaningful at CHZ. Still lots to be made from this one.
Lets hope Board does the honourable thing ASAP so they can be remembered for the great deal on selling its main asset for cash ! at a great price and not for hanging around too long and wasting money trying to keep their jobs.
