re: Ann: Recapitalisation Proposal for CMA fr... Missing the obvious question here folks: What the bloody hell is KKR doing messing around with a piss-ant, incompetently run second tier scrap company. Its not their normal prey, why are they bothering?
And, that aside, what is the strategy to get things back on track and address the woeful lack of competent governance?
Some serious questions need to be asked of some directors by ASIC, because if I am not mistaken directors owe a fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders ahead of their duty to themselves and related entities.


Sentiment would be bloody disgusted if that option existed.
