is my thinking wrong?
Everybody thinks the property decline is bad for REA but isnt it positive?
They charge in blocks of advertising over a 45day period.
In a downturn houses are on market longer and with the fongo mentality, i would imagine more houses will be advertised for sale and fewer auctions.
I think revenue growth can only improve.
