Not the best acquisition in the Indian online real estate business. It's nowhere close to the big boys in the market- MagicBricks, 99acres. These two are like the REA and Domain's in the Indian market. Also, due to demonetisation where the government banned 500 and 1000 Rs currency to reduce currption and "black money", the real estate market is seeing a significant drop. Also, the government is looking to ban third party property registration where people with illegal cash have bought properties in other people such as their staff, servants etc will be seized. Don't know if it is the right time to enter the Indian realty market .
Not the best acquisition in the Indian online real estate...
