    S249N w/resolutions sent to JRV 29 September by email and registered mail, 2 months before announced JRV AGM.

    No error in that regard.
    Changing directors on AGM ballot before formal agenda and resolutions have been announced by JRV is permissible.

    JRV letter is nonsence and is being contested.
