As i said, you need to get more than 5% of shareholders to roll the board and CVC have 8%, so give them a call. You are just talking about something you wish to do, where as everyone else is invested and caught in something to do with Apps and Lottery Betting, not property in NZ. You need a well thought out plan that makes logical sense from everyones point of view.
