On behalf of Melba Farm nz I have just sent a message to Automatic Registry Services, Suggesting that we want an immediate by proxy voting paper and names of shareholders as we intend to take this idiot over.
Our real estate is not as mature as Aussy and would be a great place to start as a NZ arm real estate Development company. I am not young and require the smell of an oily rag to live on . But I have a plan and ambition with knowledge in subdivision house flipping , rental incomes, commercial and domestic.
Too young to retire but too old to be much physical use.
We have nothing to lose as everything is in on this puppy for all of us ...We have no motorways north and now it takes 5 hours from Auckland to Whangarei . Nz is actually in a stable growth period.
