It has been 4 months since the announcement. Anything happening? Why isn't there any announcement in regards to this transaction since then? It appears to me that our board is planning on something only themselves know, or they even don't know. Bullseye is under fire now, lost 2 takeovers panel disputes, no funding, fired their major shareholder's representative from the board, and this transaction is also fading away without any fruitful outcome. What a mess. Who would throw money into this blackhole???
