I dont think you can draw anything from gaps. At one point sellers were in 3.5 to 4c range and it meant nothing. Very illiquid at times so i wouldnt rely on that as some sort of indicator on demand.

Developers perhaps... but the issue is clarity wise are we still picking off work in building industry work or going back to winning contracts in the mining services which is where this company was once big in. The latter is a much more welcomed pathway than the former imo.
