And Royalco have 2.1 million in cash - so effectively 45% of the purchase of the RCO not held by FZR would come from this cash....
This is only an opening move by FZR - I fully expected another takeover offer around the same 20 cps mark - will see if everyone else accepts or not.
And the Weeks royalty payout should be significantly more than last year based on the oil price....
