Sadly Lakes is hamstrung until the verdict comes in. Its now 4-5 months? Wow we are a patient lot!. Thats the nature of stocks. Lots of waiting. This will come to and end, but its the not knowing that is the hardest.
Imagine how the company feels! We will drill eventually anyway. I would prefer a big damages payout and money in the bank. That is always best for "options" the company would have and certainly would guarantee not going bust whatever the wells do/dont deliver especially in tough times ahead for everyone!! OMO haha
Money is always "king" in the real world and gets you through GFC's, recessions, House crashes ect ect...
