I wonder if these guys have been royally screwed also and this move is supported by the powers that be. One less company looking to sue the Victorian state govt and they get something for the troubles via an increase in their lakes shares.

Getting a bit ahead of myself but did notice the words " unanimously reccomend the bid" words to that effect were in bold print.
