Africa has been struggling for years yet at the end of the day they still mine low cost ounces, mining companies don't want it !? (YET) but real business's do(B2gold) perhaps because they realise the value there.
it's inevitable
if the move to low cost jurisdictions doesn't happen now I assure everyone it will in the years to come.
