Yes I agree with you there in principal but why now prior to expected good news flow ? looking more and more like a big player is buying on market while doing as one does to keep the share price as low as possible , how do you buy 10 million shares for a position when only 8 million shares available ? beg the company for some ? a $50 million payment for the Anteo Battery tech alone is peanuts from one of the battery majors even if its to take the tech out of reach of other competitors , just my suspicions .
