I would agree on the high likelihood for a premium to a future stakeholder uptake, in the vicinity of 15 to 20% to actual share price, amounting to a price of 2.4 cents, derived from current levels.
This would explain the efforts to keep price below 2 cents, in my humble opinion.
From the looks of it, as market starts to properly digest the recent news, this could turn out to be an expensive task as pressure is building again to move price higher. How much does one invest to control the price?
I suspect quite a few honest buyers in each rally tackling 2 cents, that would amount for many millions of shares one need to offset.
Eventually, that task becomes too cost extensive and a small share price lift would have to be allowed, IMO.
Between 10 and 15 mil shares would be the call, IMO.
Some speculators here assumed that the recent brilliant news are mounting solely for the purpose to allow a CR in its aftermath.
I suspect the opposite, management has shareholders in mind when publishing the positive news in order to allow share price appreciation prior to the issuance so that shareholders will benefit accordingly.
I'm quite convinced that the proposed issuance won't be public as there is no basis for this and share price is not at levels suitable for such actions.
As a numbers game, one could suspect an issue of, let's say, 60 mil shares to our cornerstone investor at presumably 2.4 cents, equaling 1.4 mil dollars, which should suffice.
Shareholders most likely will not oppose such a move, price would quickly match uptake levels, providing all shareholders with a lift, surpassing dilution percentages easily.
All this is hypothetical and simply a measure of speculation.
