the market is very cautious with all small caps at the moment. it needs a big announcement to create strong sp growth. many small caps I watch get a good Ann, get an initial pump and then drift back down. it does looks as though we have got rid of an impatient holder today, especially at close. now, we just need one of the 2 mta partners to confirm a deal with money details and we can add the TOCK to the above
