Could be, but I suspect it is more that they thought they could truck it based on the FS release, but closer looks at metallurgy and the grade/tonnage curve showed it doesn't stack up to truck. Or not as much of it as they wanted, anyway. I don't doubt they know their stuff on trucking (weird thing to brag about btw), but the Tampia deposit is clearly different to anything else they have tried.
