I hope you are wrong about the strategy. That seems borderline immoral. Screw over your future shareholders. Cost the target company (which you want) heaps of time, and money, put everything off schedule, just to play games? I doubt the RMS board would be prepared to do that. It's a bit 1970s and not really the thing to do these days. Plus it might tank the RMS price when the pissed off EXU SH dump their script. 

Agree with the trucking reason though.
