Pretty sure the FS said Tampia already rates its own mill. Chairman said payback in less than 18 months. that's pretty solid.$30/tonne is about 0.6g/t. If you trucked 7 Million tonnes, that is $210 Million. You could build a hell of a plant for that! Of course you wouldn't truck that much because the cutoff would change and half your ore would be waste. Which I guess is where they got to.
