One does not buy RMS for what its operations achieved in the last two quarters.

We can all see the financials were not hot. I suppose that was why Morningstar has reduced its fair value figure for RMS from 66 cents to 62 cents.

RMS is about what it can do with its tenements going forward and the strong likelihood of a higher AUD POG.

You should read what Esh has said about AQG on the RSG thread, but that is not stopping its share price moving up. Esh missed out on RSG's run from 24 cents to over $2.20, as well as the runs by SBM, SAR and RRL. One follows Esh for what may turn out to be a very safe bet (by goldie standards).

No doubt you are waiting for another bite of the sweet RMS cherry on a pullback. And there may indeed be a near term pullback in the POG to assist that. It will take time for RMS to deliver and trading is probably a good way to optimise returns here.

Having said the above, RMS is basically a trade for me as well, but I do not expect anyone to follow me in or out of this company. People need to understand what they are speculating on and make their own decisions. I like a lot of Esh's analysis but I view his comments on RSG as being unbalanced even though they favour my substantial holding there.
