re: Ann: Raising up to $US17.5m to fast track... Can't help but feel a little disappointed with the funding arrangement. 11.5% at a time when interest rates in the US are at record lows seems a bit excessive especially if the rate rises to 16.5% if their right to convert isn't approved by shareholders. And as though we hadn't given them enough, 3 positions on the board to top it all off!!! Will essentially mean we are borrowing money from them to pay their directors fee!! A company of AOK's size does not require 7 directors.
