Thanks Herc for your comments. I guess I was concerned about 'Strategic holdings' meaning if a large player, for example, was to take large holdings in all the 'vein' graphite companies(which wouldn't be difficult), the timing of future development of the individual resources may not be inline with small share holders interests.
