Best practices? What does that mean?
Investing in mining stocks for 15 years, I've seen a variety of "practices" but not sure there's a silver bullet, except for raising the minimum amount needed to secure key milestones, with the least shareholder dilution.
Anyway, this debate is unlikely to bear fruit for anyone, so we'll just have to wait and see and I'll clam-up now.
