Yep. The only way FEC in their advisory capacity to MRF will look smart now is if markets fall in a heap and we say, "geez, wouldn't want to be trying to raise money in this market." But even this theory is ingenuous as it ignores the fact that good projects find suitors/funds in all market conditions and I think what MRF have is a very good project.
In my eyes, MRF has less upside potential now in terms of share price, while obviously mc potential remains the same.
I'll be looking to take a position once all the shares have been issues and it's fallen back to the placement price ~5.5c. Will then be looking for a 10-15c price target over the next 12 months and hold (not trade) them. Still pretty good but expected more like 20-25c at one point.
