Considering the sell down to 0.2c was on a separate trade to the massive value of $200, I'd say that was more than likely manipulation rather than on negative sentiment.
JMHO and I could well be wrong.
Then again (and in recognition to those long term holders) it could have a holder from the 4c plus days who'd simply had enough!
