Sorry, it does too Bi-Lo, my mistake. I read the institutional and sophisticated investors part in the initial announcement and so therefore didn't bother to read the appendix.

So not only do they have $15 mill to draw, and getting $3.3mill from sophisticated's but they are offering shareholders the opportunity and haven't indicated a cap on how much funds they hope to raise.

All seems a bit wishy washy to me. Also refer to bernards recent post, it looks like institutions may not have been willing to fund QHL's requirements so they've gone shopping elsewhere. Just an observation and not fact.

Don't think i'll be participating, greater opportunities elsewhere IMO.
