What number of cap raises is this? Somewhere between 5 and 10 I reckon. Every previous one has resulted in the descruction of the SP so if this one is any different it's proof that miracles do happen. They have a fantastic business model where if your expansion proposal doesn't pass the test to be able to get funds from a bank then create more shares and flog them off with a story about great future prospects that we can't disclose at present and will probably never disclose what profit margin is made from said work. Margins are paper thin and the banks can not see a deal with reasonable risk . I am no longer a holder after 10 yrs of disappointment and unfortunately believeing state one and the company on their overly optimistic predictions. Hopefully for the long suffering this is the miracle.
