@cocokat -- I just called the company this morning before I went to work about another issue outlined below. Called to Mark Burgess contact number on the bottom of the announcement about the completion of the placement. It went to reception, who put me through to one of the back office staff. They said he is overseas on business right now. Probably dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Definitely I'm on of your dreamers.

I was outlining to them about the Regulatory guide 5: relevant interests and substantial holder interests. Letting them know I think someone stuffed up. That Deakin University should have issued a ceasing to be a substantial holder or if they participated a change in holder notice within 2 days (from the 13th). The staff said why don't you phone Deakin. Asked my name, how much held and number. I told him someone should fix it. After the call I decided to call Deakin. But, they told me unless I have the responsible persons name and faculty, they couldn't help and to get it from Quickstep Holdings. So, I called back Quickstep and got hold of Ashley Rambukwella from Financial and Corporate relations. I told him the situation I think they stuffed up. Didn't seem they wanted to do anything about the query. So, called ASX queries, told them and they said it is an ASIC issue and to call them. No problems. So, called through to the ASIC complaints line and the lady listened and said yep that is not the companies fault, it will be the substantial holders fault and to lodge a complaint online. Didn't have enough time before work, so tomorrow I'll send them a complaint about the issue. I got the day off... hopefully. GLTAH
