@cocokat -- What does carbon revolution have to do with putting money in the placement? It is James Douglas who is Chairman at Carbon Revolution. We will start to uncover whoever got the lions share of the 125million this coming week. Do the rough maths and we can see:
Current shares on issue (as at last release): 564,028,317 + 125,000,000 = 689,028,317
Now 689,028,317 x 5% = roughly 34,451,450
Depending on how many participants where given access to the placement and at what level there could be:
125,000,000 divide 34,451,450 = 3.62 (3 holders with 5% and couple with leftovers). Or 1 or 2 may have got a large percentage and a small carve up of the remainder.
I would be surprised if Newmarket Capital (James Douglas co-founder) doesn't have at least 5% or more (after the expected issue and trading on 13th March 2019). We will have to wait and see if any immediately go over 5% and if Deakin Uni drops under 5% substantial holding.
