    Why would anyone want to invest in this company even after the non-binding announcement?

    This company is to be feared and i wouldn't hold my breath with the non-binding agreement proceeding any further. Must be a joke. Where is all the cash coming from to do a reverse takeover???

    Its another nice fairy tale magical story for all the gullible shareholders to believe, just like Presto. IMO

    Administrators are just around the corner ready to press the door bell on QFX. DYOR
