Ann: Quickflix Enters MOU With Chinese Content Company, page-38

I am missing something. Can someone please clarify these points for me?

1) Is QFX buying into a Chinese company or is a Chinese company buying into them?
2) If QFX is buying there were will the money come from?
3) Related to Q2. If QFX only has $900k in the bank and losing subscribers how will it keep itself afloat let alone buy into a foreign company

From reports on media sites its sounds as though QFX only has enough money to last out this month.
