Maybe the competition is a critical reason, contrary to Langsford and your prediction the previous quarter, that the customer base dropped by 14%, paying customers dropped by 13%, revenues dropped by 15%, trial subscribers down 24%, monthly churn up to 11.3%.
At what stage do you concede their product is poor and obsolete? Or should we be discussing this by email too?
