Actually I was absolutely right at the very start of this thread with first comment on what this announcement could possibly include.
Seems this is exactly what they have done, getting out of streaming subscription to the lowest bidder and left with just DVD Post and PPV.
Also the announcement reads more like a MOU with conditions rather than a completed agreement, and stunning to see anyone buy on this announcement without knowing full details and what it means revenue and growth wise for QFX if anything at all.
Plus will be left to the Stan legal team to see if they contest even if it does pass DD and Funding.
