Well, it's not an exclusive agreement, is it? QFX will be an affiliate reseller to existing and future customers. It doesn't look like Presto/Foxtel are giving any extra custom to QFX, it'll be up to QFX to continue to grow their customer base with the help of the extra line-ups.
Why would QFX need more funding to do this? And how much?
A takeover it definitely is not.
